Selon une vidéo partagée sur les réseaux sociaux, Emmanuel Macron s’est retrouvé coincé dans sa voiture après son discours à la 80e Assemblée générale de l’ONU, le 9 septembre 2025. « Je suis désolé, Monsieur le Président, tout est bloqué en ce moment », lui a dit un policier.
Macron aurait alors appelé son homologue américain pour plaisanter: « Devine quoi, j’attends dans la rue parce que tout est fermé pour toi. »
Quelques minutes plus tard, la rue a été rouverte, mais seulement aux piétons. Le Président français a donc dû terminer son trajet à pied jusqu’à l’ambassade de France.

Macron then reportedly called his American counterpart to joke: « Guess what, I’m waiting in the street because everything is closed for you. »
A few minutes later, the street was reopened, but only to pedestrians. The French president therefore had to complete his journey on foot to the French embassy.

Conform unui videoclip distribuit pe rețelele de socializare, Emmanuel Macron s-a trezit blocat în mașină după discursul său la cea de-a 80-a Adunare Generală a ONU, din 9 septembrie 2025. „Îmi pare rău, domnule președinte, totul este blocat în acest moment”, i-a spus un ofițer de poliție.
Se pare că Macron l-ar fi sunat apoi pe omologul său american pentru a glumi: „Ghici ce, te aștept în stradă pentru că totul e închis pentru tine.”
Câteva minute mai târziu, strada a fost redeschisă, dar numai pietonilor. Prin urmare, președintele francez a trebuit să-și termine călătoria pe jos până la ambasada Franței.
