Riziero Ortolani aka Riz Ortolani (sometimes credited as Roger Higgins and Ritz Ortolani) was an Italian film music composer, born March 25, 1926 in Pesaro and died January 23, 2014 in Rome. He received a Grammy Award for Best Instrumental Composition, a Golden Globe for Best Original Song, three Silver Ribbons and four David di Donatello Awards.
