« Come Back and Stay » est une chanson de 1981 écrite et initialement enregistrée par le musicien américain Jack Lee. En 1983, le chanteur anglais Paul Young, accompagné des choristes The Fabulous Wealthy Tarts (Marilyn « Maz » Roberts et Kim Lesley), sort sa version en single, extraite de son album « No Parlez ». Ce titre devient un succès international, se classant numéro un en Belgique, en Nouvelle-Zélande, en Suisse et en Allemagne de l’Ouest, et dans le top trois de plusieurs autres pays. Au Royaume-Uni, il atteint la quatrième place du classement des singles.

In 1983, the English singer Paul Young, with female backing singers The Fabulous Wealthy Tarts (Marilyn « Maz » Roberts and Kim Lesley), released his version as a single from his album No Parlez, and it became an international hit, reaching number one in Belgium, New Zealand, Switzerland and West Germany, and the top three in several other countries. The song reached number four on the UK singles chart.
