Vladimir Cosma (né le 13 avril 1940) est un compositeur, chef d’orchestre et violoniste franco-roumain.
Il est né dans une famille de musiciens. Son père, Teodor Cosma, était pianiste et chef d’orchestre, sa mère écrivain-compositeur, son oncle, Edgar Cosma, compositeur et chef d’orchestre, et une de ses grands-mères, pianiste, élève du célèbre Ferruccio Busoni.

S-a născut într-o familie de muzicieni. Tatăl său, Teodor Cosma, a fost pianist și dirijor, mama sa scriitor-compozitor, unchiul său, Edgar Cosma, compozitor și dirijor, și una dintre bunicile sale, pianist, elev al renumitului Ferruccio Busoni.
