En Chine, pendant la domination japonaise, (7 juillet 1937 – 9 septembre 1945), les parcs publics étaient interdits aux chiens et aux chinois. L’histoire ne se répète pas mais elle se ressemble.

In China, during the Japanese domination, (July 7, 1937 – September 9, 1945), public parks were forbidden to dogs and Chinese. History does not repeat itself, but it looks alike.
