Chanter le Français

Le français est l’une des plus belles langues au monde, utilisez-la!

L’amour a des milliards de facettes, et chacune correspond à un être humain différent. Chanter l’amour en français est un privilège. Mais hélas, la langue de Molière se meurt… Et aujourd’hui, pas un message, pas une phrase ne passe sans que le français ne soit perverti par l’américanisation (et j’exagère à peine). De plus, rares sont les jeunes de cette génération capables d’aligner trois mots sans faire deux fautes d’orthographe ou de conjuguer correctement un verbe du premier groupe au présent.

Singing in French

French is one of the most beautiful languages in the world, use it!

Love has billions of facets, and each one corresponds to a different human being. Singing about love in French is a privilege. But alas, the language of Molière is dying… And today, not a message, not a sentence, passes without French being perverted by Americanization (I’m barely exaggerating). Moreover, few young people of this generation are capable of stringing three words together without making two spelling mistakes or of correctly conjugating a first-group verb in the present tense.

To illustrate this post, here are a few French songs that remind us how beautiful this language is.
