Vangelis – « Alpha » (Live)
J’ai eu la chance d’être présenté à Vangelis lors d’un concert qu’il donnait à Athènes en Grèce. Nous étions depuis devenus des amis très proches. Ce que nous avions de commun Vangelis et moi, c’est de composer la musique sans ne jamais l’écrire.
« Alpha » tiré de l’album « Albedo 0.39 » est le titre qui me fit connaitre ce compositeur de génie malheureusement disparu aujourd’hui.

I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Vangelis at a concert he was giving in Athens, Greece. We had since become very close friends. What Vangelis and I had in common was that we composed music without ever writing it down.
« Alpha » from the album « Albedo 0.39 » is the title that introduced me to this genius composer who unfortunately passed away today.
