Paysages d’Ecosse / Peisaje din Scoția / Landscapes of Scotland (Reminder)

L’écosse, cette porte intemporelle dans notre monde

L’Écosse, ce paradis terrestre. Nombreuses sont mes vies antérieures qui me rappellent à ce doux enchantement !

Plongez-vous dans la magie et la beauté d’une terre qui ne vous appelle que par ses vœux.

Si après ma mort je dois renaître dans ce monde, c’est en Écosse que je souhaite vivre.

Mais dans le fond, pourquoi n’irais-je pas tout de suite, qu’est-ce qui me retient ici finalement ? … parce que je le sais et en ai en l’intime conviction, là bas, on m’attend ; alors dans cette vie ou la prochaine …

Pleine de poésie et de magie, cette région du monde privilégiée, l’Écosse représente pour moi un Paradis sur terre et j’en rêve depuis que je suis enfant.

     

Scoția, acea poartă atemporală în lumea noastră

Scoția, acest paradis pământesc. Multe sunt viețile mele din trecut care îmi amintesc de această încântare dulce !

Scufundați-vă în magia și frumusețea unui ținut care vă cheamă

Dacă după moartea mea trebuie să renasc în această lume, Vreau să locuiesc în Scoția.

Dar până la urmă de ce nu merg acum, ce mă ține aici până la urmă? … pentru că am convingerea intimă, el mă așteaptă acolo. Deci, în această viață sau în următoarea…

Plină de poezie și magie, această regiune privilegiată a lumii, Scoția este pentru mine un paradis pe pământ și l-am visat încă din copilărie.

Scotland, this earthly paradise. Many are my past lives that remind me of this sweet enchantment !

Immerse yourself in the magic and the beauty of a land that calls you with his wishes

If after my death I must be reborn in this world, it is in Scotland that I wish to live.

But really, why don’t I go right away, what’s keeping me here after all? … Because I know it and have an intimate conviction of it, over there, they are waiting for me. So in this life or the next…

Full of poetry and magic, this privileged region of the world, Scotland represents for me a paradise on earth and I have dreamed of it since I was a child.

« Going Home : Theme du film  Local Hero » est une piste instrumentale de Mark Knopfler et la piste de clôture de la bande originale du film sorti en 1983, Local Hero. Il s’agissait du premier single solo de Knopfler, classé n°56 au Royaume-Uni, n°26 aux Pays-Bas et n°18 en Nouvelle-Zélande. L’album de la bande originale comprend également une reprise appelée « Wild Theme », qui consiste en l’interprétation de la guitare acoustique de Knopfler de la mélodie. Malgré sa position plutôt modeste dans les charts du Royaume-Uni natal de Knopfler, « Going Home » reste l’un des thèmes les plus populaires de Knopfler. La partie pour saxophone a été jouée par le saxophoniste de jazz américain Michael Brecker. La musique est populaire parmi les fans de football anglais, en particulier ceux du club de la ville natale de Knopfler, Newcastle United, car elle est jouée alors que l’équipe s’entraine avant chaque match à domicile.

Going Home: Tema filmului Local Hero este o piesă instrumentală a lui Mark Knopfler și piesa de încheiere din coloana sonoră a filmului Local Hero din 1983. A fost primul single solo al lui Knopfler, ajungând pe locul 56 în Marea Britanie, pe locul 26 în Olanda și pe locul 18 în Noua Zeelandă. Albumul cu coloana sonoră include, de asemenea, o coperta numită „Wild Theme”, care constă în interpretarea melodiei de către Knopfler la chitară acustică. În ciuda poziției sale destul de scăzute în topurile din Marea Britanie natală a Knopfler, „Going Home” rămâne una dintre cele mai populare teme ale Knopfler. Rolul de saxofon a fost interpretat de saxofonistul american de jazz Michael Brecker. « Going Home: Theme of the Local Hero » is an instrumental track by Mark Knopfler, and the closing track from the 1983 film Local Hero soundtrack. It was the debut solo single by Knopfler, and charted at #56 in the UK, at #26 in the Netherlands and at #18 in New Zealand. The soundtrack album also features a reprise called « Wild Theme », which consists of Knopfler’s acoustic guitar interpretation of the song’s melody. Despite its rather modest chart position in Knopfler’s native UK, « Going Home » remains one of Knopfler’s most popular songs. The saxophone piece was played by the American jazz saxophonist Michael Brecker. The song is popular among fans of English football, in particular those of Knopfler’s home town club, Newcastle United, as it is played as the team runs out before every home game.

Un film de Gérard Oury, (1971) avec Louis de Funès et Yves Montant.

Très librement adapté de Ruy Blas de Victor Hugo, le film raconte, dans l’Espagne du xviie siècle, les mésaventures de l’ignoble Don Salluste, cupide et hypocrite ministre des Finances du roi d’Espagne, déchu et chassé de la cour par la reine. Ivre de vengeance, et prêt à tout pour retrouver ses fonctions et sa richesse, il manipule son ancien valet Blaze, transi d’amour pour la souveraine, afin de compromettre cette dernière.

Adaptat foarte vag din Ruy Blas al lui Victor Hugo, filmul povestește, în Spania secolului al XVII-lea, nenorocirile ignobilului Don Sallust, lacom și ipocrit ministru de finanțe al regelui Spaniei, destituit și alungat de la curte de regina. Beat de răzbunare și gata să facă orice pentru a-și recâștiga funcțiile și averea, își manipulează fostul său valet Blaze, năpădit de dragoste pentru suveran, pentru a-l compromite pe acesta din urmă.

Very freely adapted from Victor Hugo’s Ruy Blas, the film recounts, in 17th century Spain, the misadventures of the ignoble Don Sallust, greedy and hypocritical Minister of Finance of the King of Spain, deposed and driven out of court by the Queen. Drunk with revenge, and ready to do anything to regain his functions and his wealth, he manipulates his former valet Blaze, transfixed with love for the sovereign, in order to compromise the latter.

Catherine Lara, nom de scène de Catherine Bodet, est fille de parents violonistes et pianistes. Son père est médecin de profession. Elle étudie le violon dès l’âge de cinq ans. Elle rend plusieurs fois hommage à son instrument de prédilection dans ses chansons, telle que « Nuit magique » par exemple. Elle obtient le 1er prix du conservatoire de Versailles en 1958, puis le 2e prix de violon au conservatoire national de Paris en 1965. Le 1er prix de musique de chambre lui est décerné au conservatoire national de Paris en 1966.

Catherine Lara, numele de scenă al lui Catherine Bodet, este fiica părinților violonisti și pianiști. Tatăl ei este medic de profesie. Catherine a studiat vioara de la vârsta de cinci ani. Ea aduce un omagiu instrumentului ei preferat de mai multe ori în melodiile sale, precum „Nuit Magique”, de exemplu. A obținut premiul I la Conservatorul de la Versailles în 1958, apoi premiul II pentru vioară la Conservatorul Național din Paris în 1965. A obținut premiul I pentru muzică de cameră la Conservatorul Național din Paris în 1966.

Catherine Lara, the stage name of Catherine Bodet, is the daughter of violinist and pianist parents. Her father is a doctor by profession. Catherine studied the violin from the age of five. She pays tribute to her favorite instrument several times in her songs, such as « Magic night » for example. She obtained the 1st prize at the Conservatoire de Versailles in 1958, then the 2nd prize for violin at the Conservatoire National de Paris in 1965. He obtained the 1st prize for chamber music at the Conservatoire National de Paris in 1966.

Ce sont des groupes comme Kajagoogoo, A ha, Alphaville, Duran Duran à qui nous devons la popularité des chaînes musicales aujourd’hui.

Kajagoogoo, ce groupe britanique fut timidement lancé en 1980 par le label EMI. Succès éphémère puisque après 3 albums, le groupe se disloqua. C’est Giorgio Moroder qui sut repérer le talent dans le leader et chanteur du groupe, Limahl. En utilisant admirablement la voix repérée, Moroder créa un thème que toutes génération confondue fredonne encore aujourd’hui: « L’histoire sans fin. »

Kajagoogoo, this British group was timidly produced in 1980 by the EMI label. Short-lived success since after 3 albums, the group broke up. It was Giorgio Moroder who was able to spot the talent in the group’s leader and singer, Limahl. Using spotted vocals admirably, Moroder created a theme that all generations still hum to this day: « The Neverending Story. »
