« Telstar »

The Tornados (à ne pas confondre avec The Tornadoes un groupe de Surf Rock des États-Unis) est un groupe de musique instrumentale formé en 1961 par Joe Meek. Contrairement aux groupes en vogue de l’époque (The Shadows, The Ventures, The Spotnicks), les mélodies ne sont pas jouées à la guitare mais à l’orgue.

Il a été le premier groupe musical britannique à être no 1 au Hot 100 du Billboard aux États-Unis avec l’instrumental Telstar, fin décembre 1962 et début janvier 1963, pendant trois semaines de suite. Paru quelques mois plus tôt en Grande-Bretagne, le morceau est resté cinq semaines de suite à la première place des charts anglais, en octobre 1962 et pendant la première semaine de novembre.

« Telstar »

The Tornados (a nu se confunda cu The Tornadoes o trupă de surf rock din Statele Unite) este un grup de muzică instrumentală format în 1961 de Joe Meek. Spre deosebire de grupurile populare ale vremii (The Shadows, The Ventures, The Spotnicks), melodiile nu se cântă la chitară, ci la orgă.

Au fost primul grup britanic care a ajuns pe primul loc în Billboard Hot 100 din Statele Unite cu instrumente originale.

Titlul Telstar la sfârșitul lui decembrie 1962 și începutul lunii ianuarie 1963 a fost numărul 1 timp de trei săptămâni consecutive.

Lansat cu câteva luni mai devreme în Marea Britanie, piesa a rămas în fruntea topurilor engleze timp de cinci săptămâni consecutive, în octombrie 1962 și în prima săptămână a lunii noiembrie.

The Tornados (not to be confused with The Tornadoes a surf rock band from the United States) is an instrumental music group formed in 1961 by Joe Meek. Unlike popular groups of the time (The Shadows, The Ventures, The Spotnicks), the melodies are not played on the guitar but on the organ.

They were the first British musical group to be No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States with the instrumental Telstar, in late December 1962 and early January 1963, for three weeks in a row. L’amour est aveugle, infini et immortel

Aimer quelqu’un sans ne jamais l’avoir vu, est-ce possible ?

Il y a même de nombreuses démonstrations, un exemple simple : deux aveugles peuvent s’aimer autant que deux voyants. Alors, les yeux sont-ils essentiels à l’amour ou une simple symbiose entre le cœur et l’âme ne suffit-elle pas à faire naître un amour inconditionnel ?

Aimer sans voir, c’est possible et j’irais même jusqu’à dire que la vue pourrait être un obstacle au sentiment d’amour. En réalité, la vue nous aveugle parce qu’elle est connectée à un égo démesuré et calculateur. Je ne préconise pas de devenir aveugle bien sur il faut simplement se dire que les apparences sont trompeuses, elle nous guident vers des choix souvent irrationnels, incontrôlés, incontrôlables et démesurés.

Une graine d’amour est un sentiment que seules les larmes d’un cœur pur sont capables de créer.

Iubiți pe cineva fără să-i fi văzut vreodată, este posibil ?

Există chiar multe demonstrații, un exemplu simplu: doi nevăzători se pot iubi la fel de mult ca doi oameni care văd. Deci, sunt ochii esențiali pentru iubire sau simpla simbioză între inimă și suflet nu este suficientă pentru a naște iubirea necondiționată ?

A iubi fără a vedea este posibil și aș merge atât de departe încât să spun că vederea poate fi un obstacol în calea sentimentului de dragoste. În realitate, vederea ne orbeste deoarece este legat de un ego supradimensionat. Love is blind, infinite and immortal

Loving someone without ever having seen them, is it possible ?

Qui ne connait pas ou qui n’a pas entendu parler du célèbre film : « La fièvre du samedi soir » interprété notamment par le généralissime John Travolta qui devait, suite à ce film, suivre une carrière fulgurante.

Qui ne connait pas le thème de ce film interprété par le groupe (The Bee Gees) avec ce titre : « Staying alive »  qui fit danser la planète entière durant des années ?

En Europe, la version instrumentale ne fut jamais éditée et c’est la raison pour laquelle je vous propose en import, la version instrumentale de la « Fièvre du samedi soir », une version inédite et qui nous replonge pour quelques minutes dans la magie des années 70 ainsi que quelques images rares des frères Gibbs alors qu’ils n’étaient que des enfants.

In Europa nu a fost publicata niciodata varianta instrumentala si acesta este motivul pentru care va propun in import, varianta instrumentala a „febra de sambata seara”, o varianta inedita si care ne cufunda inapoi pentru cateva minute in magia anilor 70. precum și câteva imagini rare ale fraților Gibbs când erau doar copii.

Thierry Fervant est un musicien et Ami Suisse qui démarra sa carrière en 1964 après avoir suivi ses classes de piano, de solfège supérieur, d’harmonie et de contrepoint à Genève. Il fut également attaché de presse pour la maison de disques Barclay.

L’île d’Avalon ou d’Avallon est, dans la littérature arthurienne, le lieu où est emmené le roi Arthur après sa dernière bataille à Camlann.

C’est aussi, selon certaines légendes, l’endroit où fut forgée l’épée d’Arthur, Excalibur. C’est enfin l’île où vivait supposément la fée Morgane. (Source : Wikipédia)

In the “Culture and cinema” category, here emerges a composer who seems to belong to another time: Eric Levi who through an album plunges us back into the magic of a once never forgotten and who in my opinion will be right a whole lot of junk technology.
