Un nouvel écrin pour le skateboard et le parkour pourrait naître en ville, du côté de Montbrillant. Le Conseil administratif a annoncé jeudi qu’il allait déposer à cet effet une demande de crédit de 1,1 million de francs auprès du Conseil municipal. Lancé en 2019 par des adolescents du quartier, le projet dormait jusqu’à récemment encore dans les tiroirs, quand bien même les autorités admettaient que les équipements de sport urbain manquaient sur la rive droite.
Terminé en 2024?
Il faut aussi dire que les plans se heurtaient à des obstacles légaux. Il n’est actuellement pas possible de construire des infrastructures permanentes sur le terrain choisi. Raison pour laquelle la Ville propose pour l’heure un dispositif temporaire, en attendant les modifications de zone nécessaires à un aménagement définitif.
Près de 600’000 francs sont prévus pour la création d’un espace provisoire dévolu au skate «dès cette année», selon le Conseil administratif. Les 500’000 autres francs de la demande de crédit doivent financer les études préalables à la réalisation d’un skate-parkour-park définitif, qui pourrait être inauguré en 2024.

Un nou cadru pentru skateboarding și parkour s-ar putea naște în oraș, lângă Montbrillant. Consiliul de Administrație a anunțat joi că urmează să depună o cerere de credit de 1,1 milioane de franci către Consiliul Local în acest scop. Lansat în 2019 de adolescenții din cartier, proiectul încă dormea în sertare până de curând, chiar dacă autoritățile au recunoscut că echipamentul sportiv urban lipsește pe malul drept.
Finalizat în 2024?
Mai trebuie spus că planurile au întâmpinat obstacole legale. În prezent nu se poate construi infrastructură permanentă pe terenul ales. Acesta este motivul pentru care Primăria propune în prezent un sistem temporar, în așteptarea modificărilor de zonă necesare unei dezvoltări finale.
Aproape 600.000 de franci sunt planificați pentru crearea unui spațiu temporar amenajat pentru skateboarding „începând din acest an”, potrivit Consiliului de Administrație. Ceilalți 500.000 de franci din cererea de împrumut trebuie să finanțeze studiile prealabile realizării unui skate-parkour-park definitiv, care ar putea fi inaugurat în 2024.

A new setting for skateboarding and parkour could be born in town, near Montbrillant. The Administrative Council announced Thursday that it was going to submit a request for a loan of 1.1 million francs to the City Council for this purpose. Launched in 2019 by neighborhood teenagers, the project was still sleeping in the drawers until recently, even though the authorities admitted that urban sports equipment was lacking on the right bank.
Completed in 2024?
It must also be said that the plans ran into legal obstacles. It is currently not possible to build permanent infrastructure on the chosen land. This is why the City is currently proposing a temporary system, pending the zone modifications necessary for a final development.
