Projets clivants
Philippe Oberson n’a pas encore présenté de programme à proprement dit et pour une raison particulière. Le principal intéressé affirme vouloir consulter l’ensemble des partis adverses pour approfondir les thématiques qui le méritent. Le candidat expose plusieurs idées telles que le quota de frontaliers par entreprise, l’instauration de cours de nutrition à l’école, la traversée de la Rade et de réformer le fonctionnement du Service de la Protection des Mineurs.
Second tour:
Philippe Oberson a terminé avant-dernier du premier tour des élections au Conseil d’Etat le 2 avril 2023 avec 4348 voix en raison du manque de moyen pour être visible partout. Le candidat maintient sa candidature et veut créer la surprise au second tour.
«Je veux injecter du «sang neuf» de la Constitution genevoise au niveau du Conseil d’Etat», lance Philippe Oberson. Il ajoute que cette déclaration est également un jeu de mots faisant écho à l’article 109 de la Constitution genevoise qui détaille le rôle intrinsèque du Conseil d’Etat.
Disposant malheureusement de peu de plébiscité par le peuple, le candidat indépendant hors appareil politique ne démoralise pas. Il fait un appel du pied au déçu de la politique, à l’électorat d’Ensemble à Gauche et espère conquérir le camp majoritaire de ces élections: les abstentionnistes. Philippe Oberson espère convaincre les plus de 62,8% des électeurs qui se sont abstenus et déçu de la politique. «Les gens en ont ras-le-bol du système», explique le candidat.

Philippe Oberson aurait donc tendance à préférer les idées de Pierre Maudet et de Philippe Morel pour siéger au gouvernement à leurs côtés en cas de choix des électeurs. Le principal concerné rétorque sa vision des nouveaux conseillers d’Etat: «il y aura une gauche, une droite, et moi, je serai l’arbitre». Enfin, concernant les adaptations du second tour et l’alliance genevoise, Philippe Oberson a un avis tranché: «la pseudo alliance de droite, c’est le carnaval».

Candidatul prezintă mai multe idei precum cota de navetiști transfrontalieri pe companie, înființarea de cursuri de nutriție la școală, trecerea Radei și reformarea funcționării Serviciului pentru Protecția Minorilor.
Runda a doua:
Philippe Oberson a terminat penultimul în primul tur al alegerilor pentru Consiliul de Stat din 2 aprilie 2023 cu 4348 de voturi din cauza lipsei de mijloace pentru a fi vizibil peste tot. Candidatul își menține candidatura și dorește să creeze o surpriză în turul doi.
„Vreau să injectez „sânge nou” din Constituția de la Geneva la nivelul Consiliului de Stat”, lansează Philippe Oberson. Mais oui, bien sûr!» Le vice-président du PS du canton de Berne, Michael Grossenbacher, a usé d’ironie pour réagir au cas qui fait largement parler de lui Outre-Sarine: celui d’un locataire qui a été informé par la commune de Seegräben (ZH) qu’il devait quitter son appartement, propriété de la commune, pour que celle-ci y loge des réfugiés.
«Lorsque j’ai découvert ce cas sur les réseaux sociaux, j’ai tout de suite été intrigué et j’ai commencé à faire des recherches», dit-il. C’est un municipal UDC qui a signé la lettre qui congédie le locataire. Le président de la commune, élu PLR, lui, a expliqué ensuite aux médias que la décision avait été contrainte par les quotas imposés par le canton de Zurich: dans chaque commune, il doit y avoir un certain nombre de places pour héberger des réfugiés. Il fallait donc trouver des logements et il n’y avait d’autre choix que de virer ce locataire, qui vit dans un 5,5 pièces qui pourrait accueillir cinq réfugiés.
Or comme l’a relevé la télévision SRF (Télévision suisse alémanique), la commune atteindrait en fait déjà le quota requis, selon des chiffres du Canton. Et il n’y aurait donc aucune obligation de congédier le locataire. Pour Michael Grossenbacher, il y a anguille sous roche. Il accuse l’UDC d’avoir mis en scène toute l’affaire pour des raisons électoralistes. L’UDC, qui se positionne en défenseur des Suisses, aurait tout à gagner à faire mousser la colère du peuple contre des immigrants qui prendraient la place des Hélvètes… à quelques mois des élections fédérales.
Le président de la commune, Marco Pezzatti, conteste vigoureusement les accusations et défend son collègue UDC. «Tout ça n’a rien à voir avec un programme politique», dit-il. D’autant que sa vie n’est pas un long fleuve tranquille depuis qu’a éclaté l’affaire vendredi après-midi. Il a déjà reçu plus d’une centaine de mails haineux, avec parfois des menaces. Quant aux chiffres autour du quota de réfugiés à accueillir, il affirme que, dès lundi, des clarifications devront être menées pour comprendre pourquoi le Canton de Zurich n’a visiblement pas les mêmes données que celles dont lui est en possession.
