J’ai eu la chance d’être présenté à Vangelis lors d’un concert qu’il donnait à Athènes en Grèce. Nous étions depuis devenus des amis très proches. Ce que nous avions de commun Vangelis et moi, c’est de composer la musique sans ne jamais l’écrire.

Le chant des mouettes m’inspire l’évasion, la liberté. Souvent, je me surprend flânant au bord du lac à observer et écouter ces magnifiques oiseaux qui me donnent irrésistiblement envie de prendre le large.
The song of seagulls inspires escape and freedom in me. Often, I find myself strolling along the edge of the lake to observe and listen to these magnificent birds that make me irresistibly want to take to the open sea.

Certains érudits disent que la naissance de l’empire Romain pourrait être interprété par la création du marché commun ou la Rome moderne quant à la mer éternelle, les théologiens l’interprètent comme étant le monde de la politique.

Vladimir Cosma (né le 13 avril 1940) est un compositeur, chef d’orchestre et violoniste franco-roumain.
Il est né dans une famille de musiciens. Son père, Teodor Cosma était pianiste et chef d’orchestre, sa mère écrivain-compositeur, son oncle, Edgar Cosma, compositeur et chef d’orchestre, et une de ses grands-mères, pianiste, élève du célèbre Ferruccio Busoni.
Ayant composé les bandes sonores de nombreux films et séries télévisées, on l’entend ici dans trois titres que j’affectionne particulièrement.

Synopsis:
Four years have passed since the Jurassic Park disaster on Isla Nublar when an incident involving an English family on a cruise ship occurs on Isla Sorna, the largest of the five islands in the Las Cinco Muertes (« The Dead Five ») archipelago, located 140 kilometers southwest of Isla Nublar and approximately 370 km off the coast of Costa Rica. Isla Sorna was used to breed dinosaurs before they were sent to Jurassic Park.
