En complément de cette plainte, Spencer Elden et son avocat demandent 150 000 $ à chacun des accusés, dont les membres encore vivants du groupe, à savoir Dave Grohl (ancien batteur de Nirvana) et Krist Novoselic (ancien bassiste) ; mais aussi à Courtney Love, Guy Oseary et Heather Parry, qui gèrent et perçoivent les revenus auxquels auraient eu droit Kurt Cobain (chanteur de Nirvana, mort en 1994) s’il n’était pas décédé ; ainsi qu’au photographe Kirk Weddle, le directeur artistique Robert Fisher, et plusieurs maisons de disques qui ont participé à la conception de l’album “Nevermind”.

Spencer Elden avait recréé à plusieurs reprises la célèbre pochette en plongeant dans des piscines à l’occasion des anniversaires de l’album. Cependant, dans la plupart des interviews accompagnant ces séances photo, il exprimait des sentiments mitigés quant à sa célébrité. Il a d’ailleurs déclaré qu’il n’avait reçu aucune compensation pour cette photographie, et sa plainte indique que “ses tuteurs légaux n’ont jamais signé de décharge autorisant l’utilisation d’images de Spencer”.

Groupe mythique des années 90, “The Beloved” (L’être aimé) nous chante “Sweet harmony”

Préambule et ce qu’il faut vraiment savoir c’est que selon le rapport du WWF rendu récemment, en 50 ans nous avons perdu :

  • 65% du vivant sur la terre
  • 80% des Hirondelles
  • 80% des insectes et de la biodiversité

Il y a un peu moins de 30 ans, des artistes nous mettaient en garde.

Le groupe “The Beloved”

Il propose à toutes celles et ceux qui les écoutent d’avoir une oreille plus attentive sur l’état de notre planète tout en soulignant que notre temps était désormais compté et que cela ne faisait aucun doute.

Cette chanson a bientôt 30 ans et le cris d’alarme concernant notre environnement était à l’époque unanime et clairement lancé. Imaginez-vous ce qu’il en est aujourd’hui.

Retournons en 1993 alors que l’insouciance était de mise et où la consommation battait son plein, “The Beloved” (L’être aimé) nous mettait sur la voie.

Certains éléments du court-métrage « Slaughterbots » (« Robots meurtriers ») paraîtront familiers aux fans de la série dystopique britannique « Black Mirror ».

To warn about the dangers of lethal autonomous weapons, experts in artificial intelligence released a dystopian short film a few months ago that has gone viral.
