La maison Polydor avait flairé le bon poisson avec ce duo : Denis et Denise Lepage qui incarnaient le groupe : “Lime” car ce furent des millions de disques vendus dans le monde. Ils furent incontournable dans toutes les discothèques branchées des années 80 et aujourd’hui encore, beaucoup d’artistes s’inspirent de leur musique en espérant reproduire le même succès.

This feminist anthem was written by Julie Pietri and Jean-Michel Bériat. The music is signed by the composer Vincent-Marie Bouvot. The originality of the song lies in particular in the melody which is intended at times to be Arabic. Having grown up in Algeria, then in Morocco (in Casablanca), Julie Pietri wanted, in memory of her oriental roots, to bring a mixture of cultures into a French variety song. Originalitatea cântecului constă în special în melodia care se dorește uneori să fie arabă. Crescut în Algeria, apoi în Maroc (la Casablanca), Julie Pietri a dorit, în amintirea rădăcinilor sale orientale, să aducă un amestec de culturi într-un cântec de varietate francez. Clipul video a fost filmat în Tunisia, în Zarzis și în orașul troglodit Matmata.
